In 1987 we received our first Wedgwood packaging commission. A range of 14 packs plus promotional leaflet and carrier bag. A strong co-ordinated look is given by using colours and images associated with Rupert. The pack insides pick up the famous yellow and black check of his trousers; the outers used both the characteristic red of his jumper and the logo. Even the normally negative space at the back of each pack is put to use for a typical Rupert scene - with the item contained in the pack, naturally, in use!
